An intimate wedding package designed for just the two of you in the beautiful and historic city of York. Includes all you need, and more, to have a perfect romantic destination wedding in York.
This elopement package is currently only available for weddings on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
What is included in this York, UK elopement package?
- 2 nights accommodation at a luxury York city centre apartment
- A luxury breakfast hamper (optional) in your accommodation for you to enjoy on the morning of your wedding
- A luxury bridal bouquet and buttonhole delivered to your accommodation on the morning of your wedding (this can be amended to 2 buttonholes, or 2 bouquets if required)
- A makeup artist to visit you and do your bridal hair and makeup in your accommodation on the morning of the wedding
- Wedding photography from pre-wedding portraits, the ceremony, and after the ceremony in York city centre
- Witnesses to sign your certificate and witness your legal ceremony
- A 3-course meal and drinks at a leading York restaurant
- A luxury keepsake wedding photo album (optional)

The price for your York elopement varies depending upon the exact options you choose at booking, however, the package starts at £1500, and the most premium option is priced at £2500.

After you book
After you book your York elopement package, you will receive a welcome pack in the post. This pack will contain all the information you need, and a few extra treats you don’t!
Personalising your elopement
You will also receive all the contact details and instructions about liaising with your suppliers, and checking in to your accommodation. You will arrange zoom or phone meetings with your photographer, makeup artist, and florist so your elopement can be personalised to your exact wants and needs.
What happens on the big day
Once everything has been planned, you will arrive in your accommodation the evening before your wedding. You will be free to explore the city of York in your leisure this evening. The next morning your florist will deliver your flowers, and your make up artist will come and do your hair and make-up.
Your photographer and second witness will meet you before your ceremony. There will be plenty of time to relax and take a stroll through Museum Gardens before it is time to make your vows. You will have some pre-wedding photos here, and then your photographer will take you to the York Registry Office.
After your ceremony, your photographer will take you on a personalised tour of the city of York for some more photos, before taking you to your chosen restaurant in time for your reservation (which we will have made for you).
You will then be free to enjoy your meal and explore York, or plan your own activities before returning to your accommodation on the night of your wedding.

What is not included? What you need to do
This elopement package covers everything you need to have a wonderful elopement in York – apart from the actual marriage! You will need to book your own wedding ceremony.
Don’t worry – we can tell you exactly what to do!
One of the stressful things about planning a wedding is making sure all your chosen suppliers are available on the same date. After messaging them all for a preliminary date, you then have to go back to the registry office to actually book, and hope that no suppliers have been booked up in the meantime.
But with this elopement package, that stress is taken away. Our network of vetted wedding professionals is wide enough to ensure you will always have a full team of professionals no matter what date you book your wedding.

Ceremony booked – ready to book the elopement package
If you have already booked your ceremony at the registry office, you are ready to book your York elopement!
You will be taken to a booking page which will give you various options about what you would like including in your elopement package.
Book and pay the deposit
At the end of your selection, you will submit your form and pay a deposit of £TBC. At this point your elopement will be booked!
You will receive a confirmation email, and then within 4 days you will receive your York elopement pack in the post.
Personalise your elopement
You will then be free to take your time in contacting each of your suppliers to arrange your personalisation, but, if you take too long, don’t worry, your suppliers will make sure they contact you in plenty of time so nothing is missed.
Personal point of contact
Along your journey from starting to think about an elopement in York, to booking your ceremony, booking your elopement package, chatting with suppliers, and even on the morning of your wedding, you will always have the contact details of your personal wedding coordinator who will deal with any queries you have.
2 weeks before your wedding
The balance payment for your elopement package will be due 2 weeks before your wedding. At this stage you will have met with (via video or phone call) all your suppliers and have your personalised itinerary.
